This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Supply Chain Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations that support the network equipment lifecycle. Your impact will span from inbound logistics to fulfillment and returns processing, ensuring operational readiness and driving continuous improvement. You will be the primary liaison among various teams, managing performance and implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency. The success of this role will significantly contribute to reducing risks and improving service reliability across operations. \n Accountabilities Lead daily operations at logistics and repair facilities managing network equipment and materials. Act as the primary operational liaison between engineering and external partners, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Independently resolve complex operational issues impacting network readiness and inventory accuracy. Support initiatives and projects related to supplier onboarding and transformation of supply chain efforts. Drive process improvements to enhance inventory management and cost efficiency. Facilitate the adoption of systems and tools to improve visibility and scalability in operations. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and performance quality. Requirements Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of experience. 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management. Experience managing vendor relationships and leading operational improvements. 2-4 years of experience implementing technology or systems within supply chain operations. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. Experience in project management and change management methodologies.
