This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Executive Area Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and implementing effective strategies to enhance market penetration. You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and objectives while providing exceptional support to clients. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization, ultimately making a significant impact on healthcare innovations. The position allows for flexibility to operate from a remote setting, creating a balanced work-life experience. \n Accountabilities Identify targets and execute selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practice. Drive sales growth by implementing best practices to ensure proper targeting and reimbursement strategies. Contribute key learnings to demonstrate a deep understanding of marketplace opportunities. Utilize approved corporate literature and scientific data in communications with clients. Provide reporting and tracking of sales activities along with territory forecasts. Maintain a solid understanding of industry products and market trends. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and relevant laws. Assist with training and mentoring new team members. Requirements BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of experience in the wound care field and medical sales is required. Experience in medical devices and tissue biologics preferred. Surgical experience and O.R./VAC Submission experience required. Familiarity with skin substitutes is a plus.
