Collaborate with various departments to identify learning opportunities. Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback. Define and communicate success metrics for training programs. Oversee and mentor a team of Learning and Development Specialists. Requirements 8+ years of experience in onboarding and talent development. 5+ years managing high-performing Learning and Development teams. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Education or Organizational Design. Experience designing and delivering training programs for 1000+ employees.
