This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will directly support the sales teams by enhancing operational efficiency across forecasting and reporting. Your insights will drive strategic decisions for sales growth while collaborating with various stakeholders. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of CRM data, implementing process improvements, and providing training to sales personnel. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a remote work environment while advancing your career. \n Accountabilities Collaborate with the sales team to drive efficiencies and growth. Support the North America Sales Vice President with forecasting and reporting. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage and maintain accurate CRM data. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth. Create regular performance reports and dashboards. Drive sales forecasting and quota setting processes. Implement process improvements to streamline operations. Train sales team on tools and best practices. Track and report key sales metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field. Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong financial skills and business acumen. Experience with Salesforce / Zoho and Tableau software. Proficient in Advanced Excel. Excellent skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. Strong research and reporting skills. Good influencing and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of channel distribution strategies is a plus. Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts. Background check and drug test clearance required.
