In this role, you will have a significant impact on driving sales efficiency through detailed reporting and analytics. Your expertise will help to streamline data management while enhancing sales processes and performance forecasting. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams will be essential, as you work to ensure that sales strategies are executed effectively. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to support the Professional Sales Organization in their regional initiatives. \n Accountabilities Support the business with reporting and analytics, collecting and interpreting sales data to provide actionable insights. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Create and design compelling presentations for stakeholders to communicate key insights and performance metrics. Manage sales data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness while reinforcing data hygiene best practices. Serve as a Salesforce data subject matter expert (SME) with a deep understanding of coding and system functionalities. Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales and revenue forecasts using Salesforce reporting and Power BI. Monitor sales-related expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and targets. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes to assure consistency. Assist in territory planning and target setting processes as needed, ensuring adherence to proper maintenance of territory maps and account assignments. Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with sales ops, marketing, finance, and growth strategy teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role. Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred. Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations. Experience in pipeline management and revenue forecasting. Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Power BI is a plus. Ability to maintain data integrity and quality in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and initiative. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
