In this role, you will play a critical part in managing regulatory issues within the Financial Crimes Management organization. Your expertise in KYC/AML, fraud, and claims will guide strategic decisions and ensure compliance with regulations. You will oversee end-to-end regulatory management processes, including audit responses and remediation planning. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a focus on delivering results while collaborating with various teams across the organization. \n Accountabilities Provide guidance and leadership in regulatory issue management. Manage audit response and remediation planning. Oversight of team performance and development. Direct coordination with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Lead the development of project plans and controls. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls. Analyze and report on risk management issues. Requirements Undergraduate degree required. 7+ years of relevant experience in regulatory environments. Expertise in KYC/AML, fraud claims, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
