In this role, you will implement quality improvement programs for Medicaid proposals, guiding the functional teams to achieve strategic goals and improve outcomes. You will have a significant impact on the quality of RFP responses and the efficiency of proposal processes. This position requires extensive experience in proposal management and strategic consultation, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the proposal lifecycle. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with senior leaders to refine proposal strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your insights will be crucial in advancing the proposal quality framework and enhancing the overall success of our bid efforts. \n Accountabilities Implement quality improvement programs for Medicaid proposals. Provide strategic advice and guidance to functional teams. Oversee proposal quality systems and compliance monitoring. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop proposal strategies. Participate in color team reviews and improve writing processes. Lead the design and execution of a proposal quality operating system. Manage post-submission lessons learned and improvement plans. Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience. 8+ years of Medicaid proposal development experience. Demonstrated success in designing enterprise-level proposal quality frameworks. Advanced expertise in proposal evaluation methodologies. Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. Strong command of RFP compliance and scoring logic. Exceptional writing and editorial judgment skills. Demonstrated leadership across matrixed organizations.
