This highly visible position places you at the center of cross-functional decision-making, fostering global collaboration and driving growth. \n Accountabilities Lead end-to-end program management for the Global GTM Optimization initiative, including scope definition and execution. Manage complex, cross-functional, and global workstreams to ensure alignment toward defined outcomes. Partner closely with senior leaders to align the program with corporate objectives. Establish and maintain clear governance and reporting mechanisms. Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans. Translate complex concepts into clear communications supporting change adoption. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing programs in complex organizational structures. Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones. Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills. Proven track record of identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail. PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
