In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of a suite of APIs that enhance payment acceptance solutions, creating significant value for users and partners alike. Maintain and evolve existing APIs while defining future features and functionality. Deliver on a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer satisfaction. Develop a new Partner Portal and related APIs ensuring externalization from the outset. Collaborate with partners to integrate Shop Your Way capabilities into their solutions. Work closely with teams across the organization to define and deliver product needs. Lead feature prioritization using data analytics and market insights. Provide vision and documentation for product development and user experience. Present updates on product performance and roadmap to executives. Build and mentor a high-performing Product Management team. Requirements Experience in building developer-centric products with a focus on developer experience. Familiarity with developer documentation, portals, and integrated tools. Understanding of API design principles and end-to-end integration experience. Ability to use and demonstrate APIs, including making requests and calls. Experience in establishing KPIs focused on developer interactions. Strong oral and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences. Technical fluency to translate developer needs into product strategies. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
