Accountabilities • Develop smart digital advertising plans to achieve fundraising and advocacy goals. • Collaborate with media buyers and planners to manage digital campaigns effectively. • Provide creative guidance to graphic designers and client teams. • Negotiate contracts and review vendor invoices. • Monitor media buys and recommend adjustments to optimize performance. • Evaluate and analyze digital advertising performance metrics. • Lead client strategy and present ideas to stakeholders. • Research and develop new advertising channels. • Inform best practices and train junior staff. • Contribute actively to an inclusive organizational culture. Requirements • 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on strategy and planning. • Proficiency in programmatic, display, video, paid social, and search advertising. • Experience with Google Campaign Manager and demand-side platforms. • Ability to produce and analyze detailed performance reports. • In-depth knowledge of optimizing digital platform performance to meet KPIs. • Experience in developing effective ad creatives. • Strong communication skills for persuasive discussions. • Ability to mentor and support junior staff. • Experience in project management within collaborative settings. • Demonstrated commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion.
