This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Regional Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale maintenance and logistics for ships sold to other countries under Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The position demands a self-starter who is both organized and methodical, capable of navigating a highly fluid environment while effectively managing multiple projects across various countries. Your impact will be significant, ensuring effective operations and support for military logistics and technical assistance. \n Accountabilities Support in-country Site and Waterfront Managers in the country of interest. Plan, coordinate, schedule, and execute maintenance and availability plans for FMS ships in shipyards and Naval Base environments. Mentor and support the Site Manager and Waterfront Manager. Coordinate complex work and integrated logistics support (ILS) among various stakeholders, including internal teams and government customers. Ensure that individual country projects are planned, executed, and closed per project management principles. Monitor project status, investigate issues, and develop action plans to ensure efficient performance. Develop and present briefs to multiple levels of stakeholders. Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations. Liaise with staff within the contract and customer organizations for full transparency. Assist the Contract Program Manager with operational expertise in the assigned region. Support Follow-on Technical Support (FOTS) work for shipboard readiness. Provide recommendations for task, cost, and schedule issues as they arise. Requirements 10 years of industry-related experience, including Project Management and Logistics. Minimum of 4 years of related project management experience. Experience managing large, diverse teams. Proficient in managing schedules and resources. Experience in personnel hiring across multiple contexts. Strong communication skills in all forms. Ability to obtain a United States Passport. Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS. Ability to work independently and in a team. Eligibility to obtain a secret US government clearance; US citizenship required.
