This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager (Remote). In this strategic role, you will oversee critical facility construction projects, ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements. You will work at the intersection of engineering and management, navigating complex construction processes with ease. By effectively coordinating resources and stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence and foster a positive work culture. Your contributions will ensure that our partner's facilities are state-of-the-art and compliant with all necessary codes and regulations. \n Accountabilities Handle new interior facility construction (upfit) and remodel activities within the North American region. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide project weekly status reporting updates to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management for 3PL/Warehouse Logistics Operations or similar. Experience managing Architectural/Engineering design (MEP) and the permitting process. Knowledge of building codes (IBC), fire codes (NFPA, IFC), ADA, EPA and OSHA regulations. Ability to read construction plans. Experience installing racking systems and related ancillary products. Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
