This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping customer engagement strategies and driving the success of product launches. Your responsibilities will focus on enhancing the customer experience for existing clients while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The impact of your initiatives will contribute to customer loyalty and help amplify their feedback within the organization. \n Accountabilities Develop and execute messaging strategies for product launches and enhancements. Lead programs to nurture existing merchants and attract new prospects. Design and implement campaigns to drive adoption of additional solutions. Own initiatives such as NPS surveys and Customer Advisory Boards. Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to inform go-to-market strategies. Manage demand generation and communication projects. Create and update marketing campaign assets. Complete additional duties and responsibilities as necessary. Requirements 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in ecommerce technology or logistics. Successful track record in customer-focused marketing and campaigns. Hands-on experience with integrated marketing programs and GTM campaigns. Familiarity with content, digital marketing, and email marketing. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail, highly creative, and collaborative.
