Ship 0→1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers. Partner with research, product, and data to identify opportunities. Create elegant, frictionless experiences that enhance user engagement. Build and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and excellence. Integrate AI to enhance the user experience in speed and personalization. Raise the bar for UX and visual design standards. Requirements A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design, thoughtful UX, and shipped consumer products. 12+ years of product design experience, ideally in mobile and web contexts. Proven ability to manage projects from research to launch. Experience building design systems in collaboration with engineering teams. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver quality designs rapidly. Strong communication and storytelling skills for aligning cross-functional teams.
