This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a (Remote) Performance Marketing Manager Affiliate in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize affiliate marketing programs within a high-growth, direct-to-consumer environment. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets, driving profitability, and maximizing lead generation across affiliate channels. You will own the end-to-end affiliate funnel, from onboarding new vendors to analyzing campaign performance and implementing optimizations. The position requires collaboration with analytics, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are compliant, data-driven, and high-performing. Success in this role directly impacts revenue growth and partner relationships while providing the autonomy to implement strategic initiatives and innovative solutions. \n Accountabilities: Manage multi-million dollar affiliate budgets, focusing on profitability and funnel optimization. Launch and oversee affiliate call programs, ensuring rapid scaling and performance improvements. Monitor lead volume and quality, taking proactive action to resolve issues in real time. Administer affiliate channels, including planning, mix optimization, insertion orders, billing, and compliance oversight. Collaborate with analytics and machine learning teams to implement dynamic bidding and campaign optimization strategies. Onboard and manage vendors, ensuring proper contracting, compliance, tracking, and testing. Analyze long-term affiliate performance trends, recommending improvements to maximize KPIs. Build strong relationships with affiliates to develop new campaigns and provide performance feedback. Requirements: 5–7 years of performance marketing experience in direct-to-consumer or customer acquisition-driven businesses; agency experience is a plus. Proven experience managing multiple million-dollar budgets. Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms such as Active Prospect, Invoca, Everflow, Cake, or TUNE. Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels including email, display, and paid social. Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, compelling business reviews. Advanced data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools to derive actionable insights. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize high-impact work in a fast-paced environment.
