In this strategic role, you will design, scale, and optimize the marketing operations ecosystem to drive predictable pipeline creation and revenue growth. Your leadership will be critical in overseeing marketing systems, funnel operations, and the execution of campaigns, while also ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Accountabilities • Define and maintain a global marketing operations strategy and roadmap aligned to growth objectives. • Own the end-to-end lead and pipeline lifecycle management. • Lead and scale global marketing operations teams to optimize campaign execution. • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and execution. • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem for scalability and reliability. • Establish data governance and deliver executive insights for informed decision-making. • Build standardized campaign operations processes for multi-channel integration. • Implement performance management and continuous improvement frameworks. Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations. • Proven ability to scale global teams and create operational centers of excellence. • Expertise in funnel operations, predictive analytics, and campaign orchestration. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. • Advanced analytical and communication skills. • Proficiency in partnering cross-functionally and influencing senior leadership. • Track record of optimizing scalable pipeline engines through operational transformation.
