This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - REMOTE. In this vital role, you will play a key part in shaping the customer experience from onboarding through renewal. Your strategies will enhance client retention, deepen engagement, and drive revenue growth within the existing client base. You'll serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries while acting as a crucial advocate for clients, communicating their feedback to internal teams.
