In this role, you will have a significant impact on the administration and governance of compensation plans for field technicians across the US. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring accurate and timely payments while enhancing operational processes. Your expertise will be crucial in driving compliance and effectiveness within compensation systems and collaborating with various internal departments to support their needs and streamline processes. This remote opportunity allows for a flexible work environment while delivering key strategic contributions. \n Accountabilities Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 analysts in the Field Compensation department. Establish and enforce governance frameworks for field pay plans. Collaborate with internal teams to create guides and training materials for self-service support. Oversee audit cycles and ensure accurate incentive calculations and timely payments. Serve as the escalation point for complex compensation inquiries. Identify and implement operational process improvements and automation efforts. Act as compensation lead on cross-functional projects related to pay plan transitions. Conduct data analysis to identify pay inconsistencies and provide recommendations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years in compensation administration with a focus on operational roles. At least 2 years of leadership experience in a remote structure preferred. Proven experience managing incentive payment processes from start to finish. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday and incentive compensation management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
