In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the sales team's capacity to effectively position and sell innovative educational solutions. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between educators and our core literacy materials, ensuring impactful implementations. You will engage in direct collaboration with both the sales staff and product teams, contributing valuable insights for successful district-level pilots. Your contributions will directly influence educational outcomes for students across K-12 settings. \n Accountabilities Work in partnership with sales staff to develop, support, and close sales opportunities Collaborate with the product specialist team to support active sales, focusing on pilot implementation and approval phases Leverage Amplify Literacy materials to strategically position solutions during pilot implementations Assist in developing sales support materials that enhance product messaging Provide product training for the Sales team members Maintain expertise in K-8 educational trends Collaborate effectively across teams while working independently Troubleshoot and problem-solve as needed Create customer-facing workshops to promote Amplify solutions Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years’ experience in K-12 education K-8 classroom teaching experience with a focus on Literacy Expertise in the Science of Reading Willingness to travel at least 60% Presentation experience, preferably as a conference speaker Excellent active listening, written, and verbal communication skills Benefits Competitive salary range of $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 Commission-based pay eligibility 401(k) plan with company match Stock options Comprehensive health insurance Mental health support options Basic life insurance Paid time off and parental leave Access to development programs \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
