This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager - REMOTE. In this critical role, you will drive the planning and delivery of strategic programs within the Medicare line of business. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of large-scale projects, providing direction to cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will create and present updates to executive stakeholders while enhancing program efficiency and effectiveness. Join us in transforming healthcare for millions through impactful project management. \n Accountabilities Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement. Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution including scope, schedule, and budget. Create meaningful dashboards for executive level updates and project status. Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team. Proactively manage project risks, budget/forecasts, and dependencies. Act as the first escalation point for project issues and risks, resolving them effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required. Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
