Turn ambiguous problems into clear, shippable experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth teams. Conduct discovery work to identify and frame the right problems. Design end-to-end experiences for new products, from concept to launch. Develop clear design narratives for cross-functional alignment. Provide mentorship and guidance for junior design team members. Requirements 8+ years of product design experience in fintech or consumer products. Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch. Strong portfolio showcasing 0 → 1 thinking and design evolution. Deep expertise in mobile app design. Excellent visual design sensibility and practical UX judgment.
