This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of innovative SaaS solutions with a focus on microscopy testing. You will be pivotal in translating complex technical requirements into actionable strategies that enhance user experience and optimize product performance. Collaborating with diverse teams across clinical and technical domains, you will guide product development from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory standards. As a key player in this multidisciplinary environment, your insights will directly influence the product roadmap and contribute to the broader mission of improving global healthcare outcomes. \n Accountabilities Own product strategy and roadmap execution for feature development and AI model improvements. Partner with machine learning engineers and clinical advisors to guide model development and deployment. Define training objectives and success metrics for product features. Translate complex clinical requirements into intuitive user workflows. Gather and develop materials for sales and support teams. Maintain relationships with development partners to drive product initiatives. Evaluate product performance through customer feedback and metrics. Support validation efforts by contributing to required documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in STEM (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of software product management or related experience. Strong technical skills, including coding experience in Python or similar languages. Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis. Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products. Excellent cross-discipline collaboration and leadership skills. Ability to independently lead projects with sound judgement. Strong drive for continuous learning and adapting to new domains. Experience building external partnerships is advantageous.
