Manage customer engagements to drive measurable improvements in clinical and operational outcomes. Lead project teams and conduct status checks with customers to ensure progress against goals. Prepare and present project status reports and assist in sales support interactions. Requirements Familiarity with current trends in healthcare, including value-based healthcare. Working knowledge of radiology economics and financial planning. Experience in engagement management, project management, or consulting. Understanding of analytics and workflow optimization. Strong oral and written presentation skills in a customer environment. Proficient PC skills, specifically with MS Office applications. Willingness to learn new software and hardware solutions. Experienced with Siemens MRI systems and Dot Strategies. Deep understanding of MR clinical workflows and related processes. Knowledge of MRI Physics and quality improvement initiatives.
