In this role, you will have a significant impact on our partner's business by managing and expanding their HVAC equipment sales within the healthcare sector. You will establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers, guide clients in improving their system reliability, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies to achieve ambitious goals. Your expertise will drive innovations that enhance environmental comfort and align with patient-centered initiatives. Communicate with decision-makers, including C-Level executives and facility management professionals. Work directly with building owners to improve system reliability and energy efficiency. Collaborate with field sales and service teams to drive success. Create and implement strategic sales plans to secure targeted projects. Manage existing relationships with GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations). Perform needs assessments and develop comprehensive sales proposals. Ensure satisfactory project completion from bid to installation. Prepare accurate sales activity and forecast reports. Participate in professional organizations to expand network and facilitate sales. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in HVAC system solution sales. 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and bid review. Ability to travel up to 25% domestically. MBA is preferred. 3+ years of experience in healthcare construction is a plus. Experience with GPOs and strong technical sales expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
