This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote HR Technology Manager. In this role, you will oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of HR information systems, with a strong focus on Workday. You will act as a senior-level business partner to ensure effective HR strategies are in place by analyzing data and trends. Your leadership will guide a global team and drive the delivery of innovative solutions to enhance organizational growth and efficiency, ensuring data integrity and system security across HR processes. \n Accountabilities Manage HR systems and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Lead global teams on HRIS projects across various schedules. Oversee full life cycle HRIS projects, including planning and execution. Recommend system design and configuration for current and future needs. Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals. Ensure operational efficiency and resolve software-related issues. Maintain data integrity, security, and conduct system testing. Generate reports and dashboards to inform decision making. Serve as a liaison among users, IT, and third-party vendors. Keep abreast of new technologies and system solutions. Requirements Strong expertise in Workday and its functionalities. Demonstrable knowledge in HR disciplines such as talent management, payroll, and reporting. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master’s preferred. 7+ years of experience in Workday and HRIS management. Proficiency in data analytics, reports, and metrics.
