This role is crucial for shaping and delivering exceptional pet owner experiences through digital channels. Focusing on product lifecycle management, you will work closely with commercial leaders and technology teams to create data-driven digital solutions that align with strategic business goals. Your leadership will guide the development of innovative digital products, ensuring they are both engaging and technically sound, elevating the overall digital engagements within the pet care industry. \n Accountabilities Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for pet owner digital experiences. Drive product backlog prioritization based on business value and user impact. Manage and evolve a digital product portfolio that includes mobile apps and digital campaigns. Serve as the main liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear delivery expectations. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for digital initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related field. 7+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership. Technical understanding of data models and integration processes. Experience in agile delivery environments using tools like Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
