Spend 70% of your time on product/business and 30% on engineering leadership. Define product vision and prioritize roadmaps based on business impact. Ensure data products deliver measurable business outcomes. Lead the transformation of the data platform for enterprise-level analytics at scale. Directly manage Senior Managers overseeing engineering and data science teams. Requirements Over 3 years in SaaS and more than 5 years in product management. Deep expertise in subscription models and user-centric platform development. Experience in managing and developing engineering leaders with a strong technical background. 8+ years in leadership roles, including managing teams of 30-40+ people. Proven track record in developing talent into leadership roles or serving as a key mentor. Skilled in modern data architecture and applying ML/AI solutions.
