This role is essential in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with the Department of Defense clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that solutions align with clients' business goals while contributing to sales policies and targets. Accountabilities • Coordinates and owns account plans for strategic commercial accounts. • Identifies customer requirements and aligns them with organizational capabilities. • Builds professional relationships with clients at the executive level. • Engages with partners to improve win rates on specific deals. • Develops and executes strategies to drive significant revenue growth. • Leads contract negotiations with clients for profitable agreements. • Monitors sales performance metrics and implements improvements. • Conducts business reviews with clients to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback. Requirements • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 4-7 years of experience in account management or related fields. • Experience selling to the Department of Defense is preferred. • Strong business development and customer relationship management skills. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
