In this management role, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding a core part of our tech stack as we maintain our position as the leader among Accounts Receivable Automation and Payments solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with deep NetSuite expertise and a passion for technical leadership, interested in driving growth and innovation within a rapidly expanding, competitive space. Your leadership will be key to delivering complex projects and supporting team development. You’ll focus your experience and expertise on Oracle NetSuite ERP and our embedded payment product. Accountabilities • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NetSuite engineers. • Set clear goals and provide regular feedback. • Oversee resource allocation and project prioritization. • Support planning and implementation of new features. • Guide technical decision-making and ensure best practices. • Champion modern engineering practices. • Implement scalable and reliable release solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment. Requirements • Proven experience managing engineering teams. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite engineering. • Familiarity with NetSuite SDN and SDF programs. • Experience with source control best practices. • Exposure to the Payments industry is a strong asset. • Curiosity and problem-solving skills. • Data fluency and analytical thinking.
