This role is crucial to ensuring that the organization's strategies align with its goals. As an Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of communication strategies that not only enhance employee training programs but also drive departmental alignment with enterprise objectives. This position allows for flexibility while encouraging collaboration and strategic thinking to propel the company's success. \n Accountabilities Design, implement, and manage training and development programs to enhance skills of team members and vendors. Maintain and update department SOPs and resources for accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with leaders and experts to identify training needs and create tailored training plans. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, implementing improvements as needed. Coordinate cross-functional projects from scope definition to post-project review. Lead strategies for communication and engagement across various channels. Create and manage engaging content for newsletters, websites, and presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for communication plans and activities. Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve programs and services. Provide Revenue Management support as needed. Requirements 5–7 years of Revenue Management experience. Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles and metrics. Knowledge of property management systems and industry-standard tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Strong project management and prioritization skills. BS/BA degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. Revenue Management certification preferred.
