Develop and maintain a portfolio of engaging education content across formats. Partner with cross-functional teams to align education initiatives with product launches. Establish metrics for activation, usage, and retention; analyze performance continuously. Project manage content development efforts across various teams. Facilitate collaborative efforts to enhance customer engagement and support. Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, or instructional design. Strong organizational skills with a knack for building scalable systems. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high product velocity.
