In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly shape the marketing and networking strategy of a dynamic venture capital firm. Your leadership will align various marketing efforts such as digital amplification, community building, and event coordination to create a comprehensive strategy. Define, build, and execute on a cohesive marketing strategy. Oversee digital marketing and in-person programming. Build and nurture a network of founders, LPs, and GPs. Coordinate with events production for high-impact experiences. Track reach, engagement, and audience specificity using AI tools. Provide clear communication and alignment across departments. Requirements Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing and brand strategy. Ability to analyze key performance metrics. Proven track record in aligning stakeholders. Experience in building and maintaining professional networks. Integrated marketing expertise across various channels. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
