This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead digital campaigns and enhance platforms, making meaningful connections within a multi-market digital ecosystem. You will thrive at the intersection of creativity and performance, bringing structure to fast-paced priorities and translating data into actionable strategies. This role is crucial for building user-centered digital experiences and driving organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and manage various digital tools to ensure seamless communication pathways for our members. \n Accountabilities Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across various channels including email, web, social, SEO, and paid media. Manage the digital marketing calendar and align priorities with corporate and local market initiatives. Collaborate with creative, operational, and local teams to ensure resonant campaigns. Build scalable digital assets and templates for reuse across multiple states and partners. Own and optimize the company website to be user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice. Create dashboards for tracking performance metrics and funnel progression. Lead the enhancement of existing digital platforms and develop new microsites or tools. Launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimize for ROI. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, or a related field. 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors. Strong expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub is required. Experience in managing or launching websites and digital platforms. Proven success in creating multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys. Proficiency with digital analytics and the ability to draw insights for optimization. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills with a collaborative approach. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
