This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist in the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to transform complex technical and program data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making. You will develop, manage, and present interactive dashboards and visualizations that directly support strategic initiatives. Working in a remote, collaborative environment, you will engage with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to deliver impactful, high-quality visuals tailored for leadership audiences. The position requires both technical proficiency and storytelling ability, combining data analysis, visualization tools, and design expertise to influence mission-critical outcomes. You will have the autonomy to innovate, craft compelling narratives, and ensure consistency across visual products, making a measurable impact on operations and strategy. Accountabilities Develop and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, or similar tools to support program management and decision-making. Translate complex technical data, metrics, and program concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive briefings, reports, and infographics. Lead the end-to-end presentation design process, including stakeholder engagement, narrative development, slide creation, iterative feedback, and timely delivery. Create high-quality visuals aligned with program goals, maintaining accuracy, clarity, and compliance with standards. Design and maintain visual identity and branding within standardized libraries of fonts, colors, styles, logos, backgrounds, and themes. Collaborate with program managers, analysts, and technical teams to identify visualization requirements and deliver solutions that support operational objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. 6+ years of experience creating project management visuals for large organizations or federal agencies. Proficiency with program management and data visualization software (e.g., JIRA, Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives for presentations and infographics. Experience managing the entire presentation design process, including stakeholder collaboration, narrative crafting, slide creation, feedback incorporation, and meeting deadlines. Expertise in developing and maintaining compelling branding using standardized fonts, colors, styles, logos, backgrounds, and themes.
