In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop complex reports and analyze critical data that influences decision-making at various levels. You will serve as a technical resource for data analysis and benchmarking, ensuring that the insights you provide meet the needs of stakeholders. Create complex data reports and provide analysis for forecasting and benchmarking. Communicate data findings directly to senior management. Analyze and provide feedback on company or client-specific information needs. Deliver complex data analysis to meet specific client or program needs. Serve as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking. Provide technical oversight and guidance to dedicated analysts in multiple locations. Deliver training and data analysis education for program staff. Requirements Six (6) years of related experience or a combination of education and experience. Experience in an insurance-related field and one (1) year of statistical analysis is strongly preferred. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Snowflake, and Hex.
