In this pivotal role, you'll lead assigned teams to deliver high-quality operational support, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. By overseeing workflows and monitoring KPIs, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations. You'll also focus on team training and development while driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. Champion firm initiatives and process improvements for consistency and efficiency. Partner closely with leadership to understand business needs and client expectations. Proactively communicate best practices and administer policies and procedures. Participate in onboarding and training of new personnel. Collaborate with other departments to secure resources for projects. Analyze activities and operating costs with operations and finance teams. Develop and execute plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a complex organization. Experience in public accounting or professional services preferred. Strong understanding of business operations and stakeholder engagement. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
