As a strategic leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the operational and strategic direction of Ambetter Health Solutions. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive growth, ensure compliance, and meet profitability goals. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States, allowing you to apply your extensive experience in a dynamic and impactful environment. \n Accountabilities Work closely with the president to strategize and enhance operational efficiency. Lead financial planning and presentation efforts with finance and actuarial teams. Develop key performance metrics to assess product performance. Conduct annual planning sessions with key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless service delivery. Analyze data trends to provide updates to leadership on performance. Oversee the development of immediate and long-term strategic plans. Engage actively with Senior Leadership Teams to achieve long-term objectives. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all company policies and standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in management, consulting, or operations required.
