Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to implement AI-driven capabilities. Own a global program charter with clear milestones and governance. Define and track program KPIs and success metrics. Run rapid pilots with global customer success teams. Collaborate with CS Ops to drive insights for prioritizing customer engagement. Drive consistent adoption of AI-powered workflows across regions. Requirements 10+ years in Customer Success or related fields. Experience leading global transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
