This high-impact role focuses on driving AI-enabled improvements in customer success operations and enhancing overall productivity. The incumbent will lead a global team to harness data, technology, and emerging AI capabilities, enabling a more efficient customer engagement process. You will collaborate closely with various teams to integrate intelligent workflows and gain actionable insights, thereby transforming how customer success delivers its value. Ultimately, this position is pivotal in achieving measurable outcomes that align with the business's strategic goals. \n Accountabilities Identify high-volume, low-leverage CS workflows suitable for AI automation. Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to implement AI-driven capabilities. Own a global program charter with clear milestones and governance. Define and track program KPIs and success metrics. Run rapid pilots with global customer success teams. Collaborate with CS Ops to drive insights for prioritizing customer engagement. Drive consistent adoption of AI-powered workflows across regions. Requirements 10+ years in Customer Success or related fields. Experience leading global transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
