In this impactful role, you will be a strategic leader driving product and market growth by expanding distribution channels and optimizing performance. You will set ambitious targets, champion innovation, and enable operational excellence, all while ensuring a competitive position in evolving markets. Your efforts will significantly influence organizational success and shape sustainable solutions in partnership with key stakeholders. \n Accountabilities Lead initiatives to introduce new products into distribution channels, including partner training and feedback gathering. Track adoption and performance of new products; report monthly to the Business Unit Director. Identify gaps and opportunities in the current portfolio; collaborate with Product Development and Marketing. Monitor competitor activity and provide quarterly competitive landscape reports with recommendations. Ensure distribution partners receive best-in-class service and support. Requirements Strong experience in distribution management and cross-functional leadership. Proven ability to enhance distributor performance through service-level execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in distribution or logistics, preferably in polymer or manufacturing industries.
