In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Compliance Director to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold ethical practices within the organization. Your focus will be on new business initiatives and alternative payment models, assessing risks and implementing compliance programs that align with business goals. By fostering a culture of compliance, you will enhance the organization’s commitment to adhering to all relevant regulations. This position allows for a flexible remote work environment, making it suitable for candidates across the US. \n Accountabilities Act as the compliance point of contact for new alternate payment model initiatives, providing compliance guidance. Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes, ensuring organization departments align with them. Coordinate across departments to implement compliance mechanisms, meeting contractual commitments. Support compliance monitoring activities and collaborate with leadership to assess program maturity. Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive action programs. Help develop compliance programs for value-based care, ensuring adherence to applicable laws. Provide compliance training and education for Accountable Care Organizations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance program management. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations like HIPAA and anti-fraud laws. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear guidance on complex data. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Demonstrated capability in making risk and business-based decisions.
