This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing a dedicated team of COBRA Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. The position requires overseeing regulatory compliance and data integrity, while also fostering a collaborative team environment. As a leader, you will mentor team members and drive performance metrics to achieve both individual and team goals. This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership with client relationship management in a fully remote setting. \n Accountabilities Maintain regulatory compliance with COBRA regulations and Direct Billing service. Lead, mentor, and train the COBRA team for effective performance. Act as the primary liaison for employer groups and resolve escalations. Monitor and manage team performance metrics regularly. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. Manage client relationships and ensure high-level customer service. Oversee enrollment and payment processing while ensuring data integrity. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in leadership roles. Experience in benefits management or customer service preferred. Strong leadership skills to empower and grow team members. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Competency in data processing and management.
