This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager - Central based in United States. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth and strengthening market presence across the Central region. You will own regional marketing planning and execute localized demand generation programs tailored to market needs. The position combines digital campaigns, events, webinars, and account-based marketing to accelerate engagement and deal cycles. You will work closely with regional sales, go-to-market, partner, BDR, and marketing teams to align programs with commercial priorities. The role requires a data-driven approach, using campaign and CRM insights to measure performance and continuously optimize marketing investments. You will also help translate broader corporate messaging into relevant content, campaigns, and experiences for regional audiences. This is a remote opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, measurable growth, and operating in a fast-paced technology environment. \n Accountabilities: Own regional marketing planning for the Central region, developing and executing digital campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM initiatives. Adjust the regional marketing program mix based on pipeline performance, campaign results, and evolving business priorities. Track and report on regional campaign effectiveness using marketing automation platforms and CRM data, providing regular KPI updates to sales and marketing stakeholders. Partner with internal and external regional partners to develop and execute joint marketing activities aligned with the regional partner strategy. Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to develop localized collateral, outreach templates, event programs, and demand generation initiatives. Manage regional marketing budget tracking and reconciliation to support effective and accountable use of marketing resources. Localize corporate content and customer case studies for regional audiences when needed. Work cross-functionally with sales, BDR, partner, and marketing teams to align regional programs with pipeline and revenue objectives. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B regional or field marketing. Demonstrated experience planning and executing market-specific demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline results. Proficiency with a major marketing automation platform such as Marketo or HubSpot and a CRM platform such as Salesforce. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use campaign and pipeline data to evaluate performance and optimize marketing programs. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, BDR, partner, and marketing teams. Experience in the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry is preferred. Experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns is preferred. Experience localizing corporate content and case studies for regional audiences is a plus. Experience managing, tracking, and reconciling regional marketing budgets is preferred. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% within the assigned region. Candidates must reside in a Midwest, TOLA, or Heartlands state.
