As a Recruiting Researcher, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across multiple functions. You will partner closely with recruiters to source, screen, and assess candidates, ensuring that top talent is identified efficiently and inclusively. This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, candidate behaviors, and sourcing strategies to support high-volume and specialized searches. You will be responsible for leveraging data and research techniques to drive decision-making and provide actionable insights to the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in developing diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines. This fully remote role allows you to operate in a flexible environment while contributing significantly to organizational growth. Accountabilities • Partner with recruiters and team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. • Own and manage the top of the funnel for multiple concurrent searches, ensuring a consistent and structured candidate assessment process. • Source and engage passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing techniques. • Implement inclusive and diverse sourcing strategies to broaden representation in candidate pipelines. • Provide inbound sourcing support for high-volume roles or roles with similar candidate profiles. • Track and report on pipeline health, using data to inform decisions and optimize recruitment strategies. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing processes and candidate experience. Requirements • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2 years as a full-cycle recruiter. • Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines, ideally in areas such as Ads, Product Management, or Product/Experience Design. • Strong self-motivation, curiosity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain high standards of data integrity. • Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other research tools. • Experience leveraging data (qualitative and quantitative) to guide sourcing strategies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with recruiters and team members. • Familiarity with Eightfold is a plus.
