This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager WMG Operations–Primary Care in the United States. In this role, you will lead and manage strategic initiatives across primary care operations, overseeing projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. Acting as both an operational and strategic resource, you will facilitate communication between stakeholders, resolve challenges, and support process improvements. You will contribute to organizational success by implementing initiatives across onboarding, payroll, accounts payable, and system operations. Accountabilities: Lead the management and execution of operational projects, including Manager Onboarding, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Strata Project Management, and Lawson Processing initiatives. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing changes and ensuring alignment with objectives. Coordinate project resources, including vendors and team members, and assign responsibilities to ensure accountability. Develop and maintain communication materials, status reports, and progress tracking documentation. Facilitate meetings, provide advisory support, and resolve issues to ensure project continuity. Monitor project timelines, budget, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Support operational improvements and compliance with policies, assisting with additional projects as required. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with healthcare system experience preferred. PMP certification preferred. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, and familiarity with relational database concepts. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Capability to travel as needed across the service area.
