This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Technology & Innovation West in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical digital health and medical technology projects across the U.S. West Coast, focusing on smart pump platform implementation, interoperability, and innovative healthcare solutions. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical informatics, and vendor partners, to deliver seamless integration of medical devices with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. The position requires managing multiple projects concurrently, developing roadmaps, mitigating risks, and ensuring project goals are achieved efficiently. Your leadership will directly impact patient care and operational excellence, while providing strategic guidance to stakeholders and supporting organizational innovation. This role involves extensive collaboration, problem-solving, and travel across the region to ensure successful program execution. Accountabilities · Lead and manage projects across the U.S. related to smart pump implementation, EMR interoperability, and digital health solutions. · Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements to implement multi-platform hardware and software interoperability at healthcare institutions. · Develop project roadmaps, plans, and status reports; communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership. · Lead user acceptance testing and launch readiness with customers, EMR vendors, and other partners. · Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues using analytical, technical, and managerial skills. · Partner with global services to define transitions from project go-live to sustaining support, including critical issue pathways. · Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to interface medical devices using HL7 and FHIR specifications. · Manage multiple concurrent projects aligned with product roadmaps and strategic priorities. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Clinical Informatics, IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. · Minimum 7 years of project management or healthcare information technology (HCIT) experience in the medical device industry. · PMP or Agile SAFe certification preferred. · Experience with EMR applications, clinical data sets, and interoperability standards (IHE profiles, HL7, FHIR). · Proven ability to manage projects across the full lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, design, build, testing, and deployment. · Strong skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and translating technical requirements into deliverables. · Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills for diverse audiences. · Willingness to travel at least 70% across the West Coast region. · Competitive base salary ($120,000–$165,000 annually) and discretionary bonus eligibility. · Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision from day one. · 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company matching and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. · Paid time off ranging from 20–35 days based on tenure, paid holidays, and parental leave. · Flexible spending accounts, education assistance programs, and wellness resources. · Employee assistance programs, corporate discounts, commuting and childcare benefits. · Opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment, contributing to healthcare innovation.
