This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Software Implementation in the United States. This role is focused on leading end-to-end software implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business value. You will manage project teams, internal stakeholders, and client relationships to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will facilitate project planning, communication, and risk management while ensuring adherence to best practices. The role combines technical understanding of SaaS and supply chain management systems with strong organizational and leadership skills. It offers a dynamic, flexible work environment with opportunities to collaborate with global teams and drive impactful results across diverse retail and consumer goods clients. Travel up to 30% may be required to support client engagements and on-site activities. Accountabilities: • Lead and manage software implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and achievement of project goals. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, communication strategies, and steering group updates. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders. • Monitor project scope, manage change requests, and ensure all tasks meet best practice standards. • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and agile ceremonies while documenting actions and follow-ups. • Proactively escalate risks, issues, and resource requirements to ensure smooth project execution. • Drive client satisfaction and measurable value from project implementations. Requirements • 2-3+ years of experience in project management of IT system end-to-end implementation projects. • Proven track record delivering multiple successful projects with enterprise-scale clients. • Strong understanding of SaaS systems and supply chain management (SCM) software from both business and IT perspectives. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability in time management, task management, and budget management. • High ownership, personal accountability, and strong work ethic to ensure quality and timely delivery. • Experience guiding clients to realize financial and productivity benefits. • Ability to travel up to 30% for client and internal engagements. • Advantageous: retail or FMCG industry experience, consulting experience, or familiarity with Tier 1 retailers.
