We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering and distribution projects with precision and impact. In this role, you will oversee project execution from planning to closeout, manage internal and external teams, and ensure that project objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and budget. You will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, implement best practices in project management, and drive continuous improvement across processes. Accountabilities Lead project teams, defining execution approaches and overseeing planning, monitoring, and control activities for all project phases. Mentor and coach project staff, providing performance feedback and professional development guidance. Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, policies, and best practices through reviews, assessments, and continuous learning initiatives. Lead project recovery efforts, identifying issues and implementing turnaround strategies for troubled projects. Monitor project budgets, schedules, resource utilization, and financials, ensuring alignment with operational and sales planning. Manage contracts, claims, and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and agreements. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships and effectively communicating project status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project activities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited program. Minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution design, engineering, and technical project management. Proven track record managing distribution engineering and design projects. Strong expertise in project execution, scheduling, cost control, document management, and project management software. PMP certification is a plus. Ability to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and support proposal or pursuit efforts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering principles to diverse assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
