We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery within a dynamic healthcare or insurance environment. This role will manage cross-functional projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. You will facilitate business requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and oversee end-to-end project execution, including business readiness and user acceptance testing. Accountabilities Lead the full lifecycle of projects, developing and managing end-to-end plans that include business implementation, technical milestones, and readiness activities. Facilitate business case development, requirements gathering, and stakeholder decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project delivery. Develop and manage project status reporting, including business and technical updates, dashboards, and executive communications. Support business readiness through training sessions, process development, and change management initiatives. Oversee user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of project outcomes. Ensure smooth transition of ongoing business activities prior to project closure. Promote continuous improvement in project management processes and tools. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Finance, IT, Information Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in healthcare or insurance industries. Strong experience managing projects using Waterfall (5+ years) and Agile (3+ years) methodologies. Proficiency in full project lifecycle management and PMBOK’s 10 knowledge areas. Skilled in leading by influence, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing third-party vendors. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills for diverse audiences. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Visio), SharePoint, Teams, and/or Skype.
