This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and coordinate complex projects within a fast-paced technology environment. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and excellent customer experiences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, aligning internal teams and external partners, setting project plans, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. This position allows you to influence operational standards, contribute to process improvements, and foster strong client relationships while working in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment. Your efforts will directly impact the success of projects and long-term customer satisfaction. Accountabilities: Develop and centralize project plans, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned and accountable for milestones. Educate clients on processes to simplify their experience and strengthen partnership perception. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Support, Product, R&D, and others) for project delivery, release management, and issue resolution. Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and proactively manage risks to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. Facilitate post-deployment operations, including stabilization efforts and ongoing performance monitoring. Share best practices with other Project Managers to optimize efficiency and consistency. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and pain points are understood and addressed. Proven background in operational, customer success, or project management roles. Experience managing cross-functional teams, processes, or large-scale project rollouts. Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels, from analysts to senior executives. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to prioritize, escalate, and resolve project-related issues efficiently. Experience working remotely and managing stakeholders across multiple time zones is a plus.
