This role is designed for an experienced project leader who thrives on guiding complex, high-value initiatives from conception to completion. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Accountabilities · Lead project teams to deliver outcomes within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints, while empowering and mentoring team members. · Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. · Establish effective governance and decision-making frameworks, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities. · Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, managing dependencies and inter-team alignment. · Support stakeholders in business case development, benefits realization, and progress reporting. · Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. · Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. · Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. · Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, high-value projects ($1M–$10M), preferably in digital, web/mobile development, or customer experience initiatives. · Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (Agile/Scrum/Kanban). · Strong leadership and organizational skills, including direct people management experience. · Knowledge of UX design, CMS, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement. · Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and influence cross-functional teams. · Competitive salary: $94,000 – $152,375 per year, with discretionary incentive compensation. · Remote or hybrid working arrangements. · Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. · Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance. · 401(k) plan with company match. · Flexible paid time off and at least 15 paid holidays per year. · Paid sick, safe leave, and parental leave. · Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. · Inclusive and supportive work environment focused on collaboration and innovation.
